Photoshop Lessons

Removing props using "Content
Aware Fill" tool.
This assignment helped me learn about new tools that are available on "Adobe Photoshop". There are a list of tools that are available for every need. For the first photo, we used the "Content Aware Fill" tool to get rid of unwanted items in the backgrounds. For example, In this picture of the model to the right, we used the tool to get rid of some props that were showing through the picture. After removing them, there is a solid background behind her, which makes the photo easier to work with.
"Tiffany"
Before following these tutorials, I only knew of the tools but not how to use them. It was fairly easy to learn how to use all of the tools, and I found myself knowing which tool to use before it was mentioned in the tutorial. The easiest and most effective tool that I tried was the clone stamp tool. That tool made it easy to remove unwanted objects and blended the textures fairly well.
In the picture of Tiffany, we used the healing brush and clone stamp tool to get rid of a price tag that was hanging from her coat. The clone stamp tool helped us get rid of the tag but left us with the same texture of the coat that it would've been previously.
"Dylan"
For the next photo, we used the spot healing brush to get rid of many small marks on Dylans face. There were too many marks to try to get rid of every spot, which is why we used the spot healing brush which got rid of them quickly and effectively.
Portrait Collage
For the last tutorial, we made a portrait collage. This one definitely took the longest time because of the amount of steps that it took to finish the collage. We used a combination of all of the tools that were used previously. Even though it was the most time consuming and difficult tutorial, it taught me the most about the different tools and how to use all of them efficiently.
